Odyssey Limousine provides limousine service to and from Houston (IAH) Intercontinental Airport, Houston Hobby (HOU) Airport, Town Cars & airport limo services in Houston.
From the moment you arrive in Houston, you will receive top-notch service from one of our chauffeurs who will greet you with a sign at baggage claim or your arrival gate according to your instructions. Your chauffeur will then assist you with your luggage and transport you to your desired destination.
3: Wedding Service ?
Odyssey Limousine understands the hard work that goes into planning a wedding. We will partner with you, your wedding planner and photographer in every way in order to ensure that your special day is as you dream it will be. We will help you choose the right vehicle for your event; 10 to 22 passenger stretch limousines for the bride and bridesmaids, groom and groomsmen, the special members of your families as well as for the bride and groom following the reception. 4: Terms and Conditions?
The following terms and conditions are required to help us maintain a secure and enjoyable atmosphere for our clients and ensure a satisfying and amazing experience for all.
Any cash reservations with no credit card on file required $300 cash deposit at the pick up location if the vehicle is not damaged, the deposit will be refunded at the end of the job
-Driver must collect remaining balance due upon arrival
-No Smoking or illegal substances of any kind is allowed in the vehicle
-No standing or jumping on seats at any time. This is for the passenger’s safety
-The Guarantor/Renter of the contract must accept full responsibility for the entire group
-The Guarantor/Renter will be charged for any damages made to the vehicle
-The Guarantor/Renter accepts responsibility for any assault made to the driver
-The driver holds the right to terminate the job if passengers engage in illegal or dangerous activity
-Clients under the age of 21 are not allowed to have alcoholic beverages in the vehicle
-The Guarantor/Renter approve Odyssey Limousine to charge for any damages that may occur by the -Guarantor/Renter and/or his/her guests as followed:-Any holes or cuts in the seats will be charged $600 per cut or hole
-Vomiting in/on the vehicle will cost $300 per occurrence
-Returning the limousine in a significantly dirty state will cost $200
-Broken or missing Roof Emergency Exit will cost $300
-Braking or cracked windows will cost $600 per damaged window
-Any other damages will be determined by the case of the damage
Renter and guests here by waives any and all claims against Odyssey Limousine or any agent or employee of the company for injury, loss, or damages including consequential damages to renter or his/her guest(s), person or property from whatever cause and however occurring, unless the damage or injury is caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct of the company or its agents or employees. Odyssey Limousine is not responsible for any vehicle malfunctions or mechanical breakdowns on the course of the run. In the event of a breakdown, the client will be offered an alternative vehicle and the ride will be continued if available.
Cancellation Policy: Upon making a reservation, the minimum deposit amount of20% is mandatory. THIS DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE. In the event of a cancellation, any other remaining payments that have been made will be refunded if the cancellation is made at least two weeks prior to the reservation date.
Collection Policy: The renter understands that he/she is obligated to comply with charges for any damages made to the vehicle(s). In the event of insufficient funds on checking or credit card accounts submitted by client to Odyssey Limousine for payment of damages, the client is responsible for all collection and legal fees spent by Odyssey Limousine or its affiliates in order to collect the payment due for services rendered and/or damage charges.
The customer and the driver will inspect the limousine for damages, and ensure that no refuse or personal belongings are left behind after completion of your ride.
